Strykon LLC ("Strykon," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing and software company. We operate this website (strykon.io), provide marketing and website services to clients, and operate Scalp Boss, a booking and client-management platform for head spas and scalp-health businesses. Scalp Boss is a product of Strykon LLC and has its own privacy policy at scalpboss.app/privacy. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with strykon.io and our own business communications.

Contact and lead information. When you submit a form, request an audit, or email us, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and anything you choose to tell us.

Client information. For clients we work with, we collect the information needed to deliver our services.

Usage data. We collect standard analytics such as pages visited, browser and device type, IP address, and referring URLs.

We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, send service-related and account communications, and operate and secure our website and products. With your permission we may send you marketing communications, which you can stop at any time.

Where you provide your mobile number and opt in, Strykon may send you text messages such as appointment or service updates and, with your separate consent, occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is shared only with the providers that help us deliver messages (for example, our telecommunications provider, Telnyx), and only as needed to send the messages you requested.

We share information with service providers that help us run our business (for example, hosting, analytics, email, payment, and messaging providers), with clients where necessary to deliver our services, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies for our website to function and may use analytics tools to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on strykon.io.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, run our business, and meet legal obligations. SMS consent records are retained as required to demonstrate compliance.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements. To make a request, email go@strykon.io.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information.

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised.

Where Strykon accesses information through Google APIs — including data from the Google Business Profile APIs that we manage on behalf of our clients — Strykon LLC's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use, transfer, or sell this data except as necessary to provide and improve the services our clients have authorized, and only in the ways permitted by that policy.
